APRILAIRE

AIR CLEANER

The most important aspect to every heating and cooling system is the airflow.

The air filter plays a crucial role by capturing dust and particulates in the air, while still allowing the proper airflow through your system without restriction.

With an Aprilaire Air Cleaner included with every install*, you can rest assured that your new investment is protected.

CUSTOM RADIUS RETURN FITTING

Pairing with the new Aprilaire Air Cleaner, we include a custom radius duct fitting to aid in smoother airflow into the system.

This results in increased airflow and higher system effciency.

These duct fittings are custom made in our shop and are measured to fit each individual job.

CUSTOM

OVERFLOW PAN

Residential Heating and Cooling systems create water when they run. When the water doesn't drain where it should, it will overflow below the unit. This could mean expensive carpet and drywall repairs.

In order to best prevent this, every applicable install will include an overflow pan. This will collect the water, keeping the water contained from damaging your home.

OVERFLOW PREVENTION SWITCH

With every AC Install, a primary condensate overflow float switch is installed onto the coil. If the drain line were to become clogged, this float switch would detect the water.

Working in conjunction with the overflow pan, we also install a secondary overflow float switch designed to detect water. In the event that water were to collect into the Overflow Pan, the float switch would detect the water.

When the water is detected by either float switch, they will shut the system down in order to prevent any more water from being made.

*Only applicable to installs including a new furnace or air handler
